The Scion Group is pleased to welcome Matthew Keane as Vice President of P3 Advisory Services, supporting a growing number of colleges and universities exploring and implementing public-private partnerships nationally for campus housing.  Applying his experience in development, construction, and higher education, Matthew will provide clients of Scion’s Advisory Services practice the data-driven analysis to enable sound decisions when exploring alternative financing for campus housing.

Matthew Keane is a seasoned professional with over two decades of direct experience. Most recently, he served as Senior Director of Higher Education in the construction management division of a prominent international infrastructure firm, where he managed key responsibilities in project and business development, focusing on optimizing resource allocation for the timely and precise execution of projects.  His expertise broadly covers the higher education sector, including academic, athletic, and student life facilities. He has substantial experience in P3 developments on campuses across the United States.

The Scion Group is North America’s leading consultant for higher-education student housing projects.  Scion’s Advisory Services practice is the firm’s original core offering, serving college and university clients since 1999.  Today, Scion is the sector’s only consulting practice focused exclusively on-campus housing. Scion has served more than 300 higher education institutions and advised on more than $5 billion of new or renovated campus housing projects, including multiple P3 partnerships. The Advisory Services team collaborates with clients in all aspects of campus housing: housing feasibility; master planning; residential life programming; operations; program management; and asset management.

Congratulations to Matthew Keane on his new role!
