The Scion Group is excited to announce that Ted Risher has joined Scion Advisory Services as Vice President for P3 Analysis and Transaction Support.
Ted has over 20 years of experience advising public sector and mission-driven institutions, especially within higher education, on real estate development projects. His expertise spans financial and feasibility analysis, project structuring and financing, and the negotiation of public-private partnerships—making him the ideal person to lead Scion’s P3 practice from our Washington, DC office.
Throughout his career, Ted has advised on high-profile projects for clients such as the University of Illinois, Howard University, the FBI, the U.S. Navy and the city of Washington, DC. He is also a frequent speaker at events hosted by the National Council for Public-Private Partnerships, Academic Impressions, and P3 Higher Education. He holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Bridgewater College.
